TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
This contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties that:
1. This agreement constitutes an order for wedding portraiture services, including the taking of wedding pictures as agreed to by both parties: Adrienne Walker Photography (The Studio) and Contracting Party (The Client). The Studio is responsible for providing photographic services for the contracting party above at the wedding, as well as high-resolution, fully retouched images (on a free CD) after the wedding, referred to as coverage. Client wants to engage the services of the Studio for coverage of the wedding.
2. Unless otherwise specified, it is understood that any and all rights to proofs, final or sample prints, thereof shall remain the property of the Studio and may be used for advertising, display, promotion on the Internet, publication, instruction, professional competition or any other purpose thought proper by the Studio. All rights to images created by Adrienne Walker Photography will remain with the Studio.
3. Client may not digitally alter Adrienne Walker Photography’s images in any way.
4. In the rare occasion that the Photographer is unable to be present at the wedding, then it is the Studio’s responsibility to find an equally qualified replacement for the job and inform the Client about the situation as early as possible.
5. If the Studio cannot perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to Photographer's illness or injury, then Studio will return all fees to the Client(s) but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Photographer. Client agrees that an entire wedding cannot be replicated, reenacted or repeated for the purpose of a re shoot and limits Studio's liability to the amount paid under this contract.
6. If, during the wedding ceremony, flash photography is not allowed or subjects are too far for the flash to reach, high ISO settings (film’s sensitivity to light) must be used, creating a pixilated or grainy effect in the photographs.
7. It is understood and agreed that no other photographer will be allowed to photograph or take pictures with a flash at the wedding while Adrienne Walker Photographers are working, due to the fact that other flashes can ruin the photographer’s photos.
8. Wedding coverage time for the Photographer begins when Adrienne Walker Photography arrives and the time ends when the coverage time runs out on the same day. On signing of this agreement by both parties hereto, the Studio will reserve the time agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame. For this reason, the $100 deposit is non-refundable in the event that the wedding date is changed or if the wedding becomes cancelled for any reason. The $100 deposit holds the reservation from the time paid.
9. The photography service fee is $1500 (which includes the $100 deposit) and includes a maximum of 6 continuous hours of wedding photography with a free CD of the high-resolution, fully retouched images. This price does not include any actual prints or other products, although you will have an opportunity to purchase prints a la carte. No photography will take place and no rights are granted until timely payment is made in full. Late payment fees may apply.
10. While every attempt is made to create the best images possible, no particular pose is guaranteed. Adrienne Walker Photography cannot guarantee a specific shot since a wedding is not a controlled environment.
I, the undersigned Contracting Party, hereby warrant that I am competent to contract in my own name. I confirm that I have read the herein agreement prior to its execution and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns. And, I certify that I have received a complete copy of this agreement with any above blank lines completed.

Print Release Form
Contracting Party (Client) has purchased high-resolution digital files from his/her photography session with Adrienne Walker Photography. Client is hereby granted permission by Adrienne Walker Photography to reproduce the images and make an unlimited number of prints, for personal use only. This permission applies worldwide.
Client may not digitally alter Adrienne Walker Photography’s images in any manner.
Client agrees that he/she may not use any Adrienne Walker Photography images for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any Adrienne Walker Photography images into competition without the express written permission of Adrienne Walker Photography. Adrienne Walker Photography retains the copyright to all images.
Copyright and Licensing Notice
The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.
Your purchase of the original files releases Adrienne Walker Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Adrienne Walker Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. You hereby grant to Adrienne Walker Photography the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use.
Adrienne Walker Photography retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
